Accounts Receivable Specialist Type of Employment: Temp (3- 4-month contract) Compensation: $26 - $27 an hour DOE Location: Hillsboro, OR Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Hillsboro, OR which is actively seeking an AR Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should possess at least 6 months of experience in accounts receivable and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities for this position include:
  • Handling collections for business-to-business transactions
  • Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
  • Following up on overdue accounts
  • Resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to invoices.
To be a suitable candidate, you must have:
  • A minimum of 6 months of practical experience in accounts receivable
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in multitasking
  • SAP experience is highly preferred!
  • Prior experience with cash posting and cash applications.
